What treatment support is available?

AADAC offers a wide range of treatment options for Alberta youth. Outpatient counselling is available at AADAC area offices throughout the province. We also have three youth treatment centres in Alberta: in Edmonton, Calgary and Lethbridge. All three youth treatment centres offer detox and residential treatment programs. The Edmonton and Calgary centres also offer intensive day treatment programs with residential support if necessary. The Protection of Children Abusing Drugs (PChAD) program provides detoxification, assessment and treatment recommendations within a protective safe house for up to five days.
