8:15 am-4:30 pm, Monday to Friday (administration office)
24 hours per day, 7 days per week (residential service)

Clientele Served

• adult men who want to live free from the harmful effects of alcohol and other drugs
• men with concurrent addictions and mental health disorders who have the capacity to be honest, have a desire for help and are under the direct supervision of a physician 
  

Program/Service Description

• offers an eight-week program that consists of both individual and group counselling sessions
• offers residents the option of moving into one of Fresh Start’s Second Stage housing units, which provide safe, secure and affordable living accommodation
  

Referral Information

Initial referrals may be made by clients, friends, family members, employers, health-care facilities, insurance companies or legal practitioners. However, the client must contact Fresh Start to be placed on our wait list.

Additional Notes

• Monthly follow-up contact is available for alumni who wish continued contact.
• Weekly alumni meetings and monthly birthday meetings are held on site.
