Clientele Served

Anyone needing help with an addiction or any type of concern, issue or crisis.

Program/Service Description

  • provides telephone crisis intervention, including support, help with problem solving, and referrals for on-site counselling or community resources
  • offers crisis counselling and referral services for those clients who need additional support
  • provides counselling, referrals and peer support for youth
  • offers public education and prevention programs about alcohol, other drugs and gambling

Referral Information

  • Most clients’ initial contact is through the crisis line, followed by crisis counselling and referral as needed.
  • Call the main switchboard for an appointment.
  • Walk-in clients are also accepted.
